These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ttnzcourses.nz, its courses, learning platform, and related services (collectively, "TTNZ", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Technology Training Australia Pty Ltd.

By enrolling in a course, creating an account, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

You must be at least 16 years old to enrol in a TTNZ course. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission before enrolling. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Course prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider at the time of enrolment. By enrolling, you authorise us to charge the listed course fee to your chosen payment method.

• Course prices, inclusions, and features may change over time and are not guaranteed to remain fixed after your enrolment.
• You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank or card provider.
• Bundle and package pricing applies only to the specific courses listed at the time of purchase.

Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the relevant course content through our online learning platform. Unless otherwise stated on the course page, access is ongoing while the course and platform continue to operate.

We may update, improve, replace, remove, or restructure course content, lessons, quizzes, videos, or platform features at any time, including after your enrolment, due to technology changes, device updates, safety improvements, or general course improvements.

Your course access is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials, resell your access, or allow another person to use your account.

Certificate courses may award a TTNZ certificate of completion upon meeting the relevant course requirements. TTNZ certificates are private certificates of completion — they are not government accredited qualifications, trade licences, or regulatory approvals.

You must not represent a TTNZ certificate as a government accredited qualification or trade licence. TTNZ does not guarantee employment, income, business success, or any particular outcome as a result of completing a course or receiving a certificate.

Because TTNZ courses are digital products and access is typically granted shortly after purchase, refunds are limited. Please review course details carefully before enrolling.

• Refund requests must be made by contacting us directly — refer to Section 14 for contact details.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once course content has been accessed.
• If training devices or physical materials have already been dispatched, this may affect refund eligibility.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in cancellation of your course access and any certificate issued.

Some courses may include training devices or a basic tool kit, as clearly stated on the relevant course page. Training devices are provided for practice purposes only — they are not guaranteed to be fully functional and are not intended for personal use or resale.

Once delivered, training devices and materials are used entirely at your own risk. TTNZ is not responsible for injury, device faults, damage, or any other outcome arising from your use of training devices after delivery.

All course content, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of TTNZ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use course content for your own personal learning only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, or create derivative works from any TTNZ content without our prior written permission.

When using our website or platform, you agree not to:

• Share your account login with anyone else
• Attempt to copy, download, or redistribute course content without permission
• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our website, platform, or servers
• Misrepresent your certification, qualifications, or relationship with TTNZ

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

TTNZ provides online educational content only. We do not physically supervise your practical repair work, and we are not responsible for injury, device damage, property damage, financial loss, or any other loss or damage arising from your use of our courses, training devices, or the application of skills learned through our courses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTNZ's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TTNZ, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our courses, training devices, or services, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
